“My daughter has been with NMSM for 8 years now. She started violin lesson when she was 5 years old. Had we not put her in this amazing school, her love for music would have not been nurtured at all. Since then, she has performed numerous recitals - all organized by the school. Recently, the NMSM worked with the Cambridge-Heidelberg-Montpellier Youth Orchestra (CHMYO) to provide scholarships to young musicians in Palo Alto. My daughter was fortunate to be one of those selected to participate in this summer exchange program in Heidelberg, Germany. The program was very intensive, but my daughter enjoyed it so much. I am very thankful that the school and Christine - the School Director - provided her with this wonderful and fruitful experience because it made her more interested in playing violin particularly playing in an orchestra. She even changed her school elective to “Orchestra” so she could continue playing with other young talented musicians in her school. I definitely recommend NMSM!
